Q: I get a message from iturnes that says an ipod is detected but can not be recognized and to try again. If that does not work re install itunes. antivirus protection, Norton 36 was disabled. Nothing changed. ipod won' tstay connected

How can I get itunes to recognize my ipod? It detects it, but does not recognize it. It connects, then disconnects. I am running Norton 360 and windows 8
