Q: I'm trying to update my itune but its popping up Apple Mobile Device Failed to Started.... What should i do?

I was trying to backup my iphone to my pc and some reason it closed out on me and told me my apple device support failed and need to reinstalled the Program and so far I have done it for 4 times already.. and the only thing that is telling me to fix is Apple mobile Device failed..... WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!??!

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4
