iTunes wont deauthorize audible account, help anyone?

I have tried many times to deauthorize my audible account from my iTunes and each time it says that it is deauthorized, but when I go to the store tab it stills has the option to deauthorize audible account. I am trying to reauthorize it because my account are not syncing and I don't know how else to put my books from my audible account on iTunes.
