Q: pre-purchased download problem

i've received an email from apple telling me my pre-purchased album is available to download but can't download it? it says to look for the Check available downloads on the iTunes Store menu but that no longer appears there.?? What's up with that?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
