Where is her ID "defaulting to your account"? On a device, on iTunes on the computer, on iCloud? where?

Step by step, lay out what you are seeing, where you are seeing it? what you don't want to see, what you do want to see....
there are many places where an Apple ID can be signed in, and many effects that that sign in can have. I cannot see what you are looking at, so have no clue who is signed on where, and what you are or are not seeing....
