Where can i find 64 bit iPod reset utility for Windows 7?

I want to reset my 2nd generation ipod shuffle. I tried restoring it in vain. It takes too long and yet there's no result. I think resetting it should solve the problem, but the reset utility available on apple support is 32 bit and it notified me that I need 64 bit. All possible suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
