Q: when i purchased an itunes voucher in the uk for my spanish iphone the following appears when i try to redeem it - 'this code must be redeemed in the uk storefront' Can anyone help me please?

I purchased an itunes voucher in the uk for my spanish iphone.

 

When trying to redeem the voucher the following appears - this code must be redeemed in the uk storefront'

 

Can anyone help me please??

 

Ps i did try to redeem the voucher whilst still in the uk!!!!!

    Hey megzyinspain!

     

    It sounds like you will need to change the country of your iTunes Store, then redeem the voucher. Here is an article that can help you change the country of the iTunes Store in your iPhone:

    Change your iTunes Store country

    Sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you'd like to use. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.

    Follow the onscreen process to change your region, agree to the terms and conditions for the region if necessary, and then change your billing information.
