Yesterday I deleted my entire iPhoto library (82 GB). All I did was move the library to the trash. But when I emptied the trash the harddrive storage hadn't changed at all. And I really those 80 GB. Anyone here who knows how to fix it?

Regarding the apparently missing 80GB, try shutting down your Mac & restarting.
If you need to recover your deleted your iPhoto Library, I suggest trying Prosoft DataRescue3. You can download a trial version and have it scan your hard drive. Assuming it finds your deleted iPhoto Library you can purchase DataRescue and recover the library.
I've already restarted my computer like 4 times.
And I don't need to recover the iPhoto library, I've moved them to an external harddrive :-)
You may notice a difference in available space statistics between Disk Utility, Finder, and Get Info inspectors. This is expected and can be safely ignored. The Finder displays the available space on the disk without accounting for the local snapshots, because local snapshots will surrender their disk space if needed.
