Not from the iPhone itself in it's current inaccessible state. But you can find its IP address using a number of other ways.
One easy way is to access your router's web-based interface. If there's only three devices on your network - your router, your computer and your iphone and you know the IP addresses of the first two, the remaining one will be the one assigned to your iPhone.
