It is possible with contacts backup app, which will help you to airdrop all contacts at once. This is a free app availbe in appstore . Using this app you can share by airdrop , iMessage, WhatsApp, mail etc

I don't believe you can do all at once, using Airdrop. However, it would be faster & easier to use iCloud to do this. If you sync your contacts with iCloud, you can export them all in vCard format, then send wherever you like:
all my contact are back up on exchanged and i,m not able to move them to icloud, and as i,m leaving the company they dont want me to transfer this contact details, how can i transfer contact from echange to icloud
