Q: how to turn off switch control

i am an iphone 5s user. recently i got the "switch control" function activated  by mistake on my phone which has made its touch screen not working at all. all efforts to turn off switch control are waste. my phone is locked and touch is not working to insert its password.  a blue line is appearing on the screen which is contantly moving . m not even able to connect my phone to macbook since it is showing that phone is locked so it can not be connected. have gone to service centre but they are refusing to check the phone as it is singapore purchased and saying that your phone doesnot have international warrenty. please guys suggest something, m really worried
