How do i link information in 2 cells in seperate sheets.. so when i change one the other automatically updates.

Here is one way:
Click in the cell that you want to link to, type = , go to the cell you want to link from, click once, and hit enter.
As with Excel's 'Paste Link' this will insert a formula in the destination cell (the cell receiving the value).

I had the same question. Just bought Numbers 09. Not a word about how to do this in the help function or the online Apple user manual. Such an important and basic operation and no mention. Thanks for the clear easy answer. Easier to do than in Excel just need to now how.
