Hi!
Yesterday, I was searching for an old film soundtrack using Safari. I clicked on a link that took me to the US app store.
Today, I find I am stuck in the US app store and cannot get back to the UK one. All the apps are priced in dollars and I am not allowed to download updates for my current apps. How can I get back to the UK store?
Is this on a Mac or an iPad?
On an iPad Air.
Goto the Settings on the iPad, click iTunes & App Store from the side tap on Apple ID and Select View Apple ID from menu that appears, then tap on Country/Region and finally tap on Change Country or Region
That should do it 🙂
Follow this procedure:
1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID.
2. Tap your Apple ID.
3. Tap View Apple ID.
4. Enter your password.
5. Go to Country/Region in the popup window to change to the desired store.

On my settings page, I can't see "iTunes and App store".
Oops, OK, have found that bit.
I tapped my id, tapped view apple id ... and it has bought up a completely blank pop-up box.
Try doing it from the App Store, goto the bottom of the 'feautred' page, click the box with 'Apple ID: *youremail* then retry clicking view Apple ID
I can't see to get on the featured page. I've put "featured page" in the search box, but it has just sent me to a page of apps with "featured" somewhere in the title.
OK, got the featured page, clicked my id, signed in, then got a box saying "cannot connect to the app store".
Adding to say ... that has taken me back to the UK. 😎
