Is anybody seeing a 1 on toggle switches when they are green (on) and a zero when they are off?

All my toggle switches show a 1 on the green part when they are on, and a zero on the white part when they are off.

Is anybody else seeing this? Otherwise the phone works fine, although I was having problems with getting cellular data after returning from a trip outside the country last week. The 1's and 0's started then, but now the phone is working fine after Verizon reset something on their end, except that I see these 1's and 0's, which Verizon can't explain.
