Recently acquired a iHOME cube speaker, my i Pod touch gen 4 blue tooth connected and worked well for a little while now the volume is so weak the speaker has to be next to your ear to hear it.

My i Pod touch is set up with blue tooth to a iHOME cube speaker, it worked well for a short time, recently the volume from the speaker is so low the cube has to be next to your ear to hear the sound. Is there a setting I am missing?

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.5

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset the iHome device

.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

- Does the iHome unit work OK when paired to another device?

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: How to back up

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device
