Q: itunes for hp question

when i doubleclick itunes to open the program, it tells me that a file, MSVCR80.dll is missing and therefore the program can't open.

how do i fix this (i have an hp)?

(i have tried to uninstall and reinstall itunes and this hasn't helped.)
