Please help. Just bought ipod 120gb on ebay.
It says full but theres nothing on it. Although itunes can see the i pod, everytime i click on the restore option, nothing happens.
Is there any other way to fix this ipod back to factory settings.
Or repair if corrupt?
Is There anywhere i can download a driver?
Is there anywhere i can get a free diagnostic check?

You may want to clarify what you've got... Your signature line says you have OS X 10.4.11, but 2 lines above that you say "dll missing check?"... A dll is a Windows specific thing. It doesn't have anything to do with OS X.

I didn't know what dll meant.
i have been searching youtube, tech pages, everywhere, for the past two days (inbetweeen tearing at my hair, cursing and swearing, and crying still my eyes hurt).
dll was one of the terms i noticed kept popping up.
I know, i know, i'm completely clueless, in ALL areas of anything technical. (and yes, i am blonde).
But if anyone can find it in their heart to try and give a simple explanation "for dummies" to solve my dilemma,
i promise to pray for some kind of good karma,kind deed or good fortune to bestow upon you.
