microphone not working

Hello everybody

I have got a replacement of my ipad mini because the first one had a problem with the home button not working ! Now on the second ipad mini the mic is not functionning! I did some tests with siri and skype and I am sure the mic is not working! What shall I do?

Ps: I can use skype and facetime through my bluetooth headphone!
