Passcode access
So, I followed the directions in this article, but I can't get to the point of restoring the iPad. I can see the iTunes screen but nothing happens. This is my first apple device so, I am there might be something I am missing.

So when you go to plug the iPad into the chord which is already attached to the computer, and you are holding the home button, does the apple logo come up on the iPad?
If you continue to hold the home button, does the iTunes graphic with a cable coming out of it appear?
