Q: FaceTime

Are you sending to your friends correct email address or iPhone number?

I assumed that you had an iPad. I was making sure that you are sending to your friends correct contact at address. Can you initiate a FaceTime call with anybody else? Have you tried to FaceTime with anyone else?

I'm sorry, you did say that in your first post and I missed it.

Have you tried turning off FaceTime on the iPad and start all over again?

Go to Settings>FaceTime>Off. Reboot your iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Let go of the buttons when you see the logo and the iPad will start up. After it totally starts up, go back to Settings>FaceTime>On and try again.
