I can't cantact the account security team

I can't cantact the account security team for enable my apple id (Thailand)

I recieved your customer support email and we try to solved this problem since early of january. I try so many times to call 001800 4412904 (and even another country contact number) but nobody answer.Then I leaved you a message to call me back.And nothing happen again. Now I still can't enable my apple id

Please your team helps me as soon as possible?
