Is that your Ringback tones gotten from a text tone?
Found out that if you go into settings then into text tone. On th right upper corner hit store. That will take you into the Verizon carrier.then sign inyou may have to create an account then you can manage past downloads and add new ones. i now have Pharell And i am so HAPPY LOL
