System Error: "MSVCR80.dll is missing"...?

When I try to open iTunes on my computer, a System Error pop-up appears saying: "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I've tried reintalling iTunes and re-starting my computer several times, but still get this same error message...
