I have an iPhone 5s. Had it for just over a month. This morning I turned on the camera and the screen was black. It worked fine until this morning. Can't toggle between front and back camera. Can sometimes toggle between camera, video, square, etc, but not always. No idea what to do. Ideas?

Try resetting:
Hold both the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost.

I have the exact same problem. Had the iphone for two weeks and all of a sudden front or back camera is not working. Tried resetting through DFU mode which is what the Vodafone guy said to do, nothing changed.
Any ideas?
Mine just randomly started working again with no problems since. I took it to the place I bought it (we have no Apple Store here) and he suggested if it does it again, try doing a factory re-set. If that doesn't work, I may have to send it in for them to replace it.
As a head's up, it stopped again a few weeks later and has yet to start working again no matter what I try. Unless I come up with a brilliant solution, I will probably have to send it in. Did you ever get yours working RoyF27?
