Pre-order wont download- Please Help!

So I pre-ordered the Little Mix Salute (Deluxe) album for 11.99, I got all the songs that were available before the whole album was released, but I absolutely CANNOT download the rest of the songs. I havent been charged for the album, it just says that theyve been purchased. I can't cancel my pre-order either. I just want to download the songs, I've been waiting so long! And I don't wanna pay for this twice. Something similar happened when I pre-ordered the 1D album but it eventually downloaded...is there any way I can fix this?
