can't install Itunes. Windows intaller is working but I tunes can't access it

Is that on a 64-bit system? If so, try the following user tip:

"The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed" error messages when installing iTunes for Windows on 64-bit systems

I didnt see see a WOW64 REG_DWORD in the registry!!

Any Idea?
