Issues importing mp4 from Drift Camera into iMovie 10

Having some real issues importing as staed, trying to import large 1080p 60fps .mp4 files into iMovie, the files appear as blue folders, no video or data after import, the files are fine when viewed through finder. Any clues as to why? Never had an issue with my old Drift Ghost HD camera using the same files, just my new Drift Ghost S. Import works fine into iMovie 9. Anyone else having the same issues using a drift camera?

Have found a work around, let me know if it works for you. For some reason you can't import from the MicroSD or camera via USB, but instead copy the raw files in explorer or finder (excluding the silly thumbnails files) to a folder on your desktop, then open iMovie and import them from there. Seems to be a work around?
