How to manage Favourites in iCloud?

Hello!

I use iPhone(Safari, iOs7), iPad(Safari, iOs7) and PC(Internet Explorer, Win7 64). As of now I have all Favourites (bookmarks) from these three on my devices in "a mess". Can I manage them somewhere so I don´t have to search through three Favourites of Google, three Favourites of Hotmail and so on..
