how to retreive deleted voice memos file via ICloud?

I have "voice memos" on my Iphone 5 and I deleted an important voice file in it yesterday. I have Icloud and I try to find it in Icloud or other Icloud devices (a mini Ipad, an Ipad 2 and an ipod touch) but without success. Help!

hi, you can use third-party iPhone recovery program (google it) to scan your iCloud backup to see if your backup files contain your voice memo, then you can recover deleted voice memos on iPhone.
