Q: I can not access phone from iTunes or upgrade iTunes

First, I have 64 bit windows 7, I can not update the software, After I update it, its gives me an error saying I'm missing a MDL???? file, so I restored my system and now when I back my phone up, I can not accress the iphone from itunes.

iPhone 4S, Windows 7
