MacbookPro Late 2013 '11,3' VT-X is disabled

I cannot successfully run Hyper-V or VirtualBox.

I am running OSX Mavericks (10.9.1) and Windows 8.1 Pro on a bootcamp partition. Is there an EFI Firmware update in the works to fix this?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1), Bootcamp 5, Windows 8.1 Pro
