i have downloaded 2 movies from iTunes. Neither one completed downloading. I have paid for both. One says Download error.
The other says Preparing to download. Niether will complete the download. Any thoughts?

Try to resume your downloads as shown in this Apple doc -> iTunes: How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads
If you continue to run into problems, try deleting the cached files from the following location.
OS X: ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Downloads
Note: The tilde (~) refers to your Home directory.
Downloaded iTunes movies.
