unfortunatly if your apple id is different there is no way you can trandfer the progress. If you want to change the icloud account on the new device to match the old device then it will transfer progress and after change it back to what you have- it worked for me.

cool....yeah I had to transfer clash of clans- for coc on the old device click on link a device and select this the old device it will give you a code for 2 min. Then log in clash of clans on the new device and press link a device again but this time select this is the new device it will require you to enter the code given to you from your old device.

for clash of clans it will carry on with where you left over. for the other games I'm not sure
