No multiple screen icon in menu bar

Hi

I don't have the multiple icon anylonger in the menu bar. Then I can't choose the second screen (TV for example) when I connect the Macbook with the TV using the HDMI cable. I had have this icon before but now it's gone and I don't know why and how it happen. Thanks for all kind of support. BR/Johan
