A Bluetooth keyboard, yes. A mouse, no. There is no cursor for the mouse to interact with.

The Apple Bluetooth, or wireless, keyboard will pair with the iPad if it has been unpaired from another device.

The mouse cannot be paired with an iPad since there is no cursor on the iPad that you can move around.
