how to install adobe flash

Go to Adobe's web page - www.adobe.com - and in the Downloads area click on Adobe Flash Player. When you get to the page click the Install now button. This should download an installer file to your computer, usually it gets put in your Downloads folder. Once download is complete, find the file that was downloaded (typically named something like AdobeFlashPlayerInstaller_xxxxxx.dmg) and double click on it. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.
