Q: MSVCR80.dll error message

Hi Has anyone has an issue with not being able to Open I-Tunes in Windows getting an error message that the applicaiton has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll not found? I tried re-installing I-Tunes and that did not work. Any help would be appreciated

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
