Why doesn't my emoji keyboard work on my ipad? I added it as a keyboard then i pressed the globe and a blue pop -up comes on screen that says english and no symbols show. Please let me know how to fix this so I can use these symbols?

Go to settings> general> keyboard > keyboards> see if emoji was added. If not, add it. If it was try a quick reset. Press and hold the home and power buttons 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.

yes it did solve the problem with my ipad keyboard using emoji's but I cannot get it to work with my Zagg keyboard that I use alot with my ipad 4. If you have another suggestion please let me know. The keyboard from Zagg has the globe on it but like I said when I press it the English sign pops up. Thank you for helping me with the emojis using the touch ipad keyboard! Jodi

That little blue pop up is just if you have a bunch of keyboards. Just delete the emojie and then re add it. After just tap the little globe.
