Q: How do I manually install my iTunes update now that I have downloaded it owing to an error when doind

My recent iTunes update (11.1.4) failed errors while installing,(MSVCR80.dll) missing ,try installing

The program manually after just downloading the update ? How do I do that now that I have downloaded it ?
