after updateing itunes i get error pop ups missing msvcr80.dll

after installing newest version of i tunes i cant open .i ger a system error saying i am missing a file msvcr80.dll try reinstalling itunes .so i did and then i get a windoe that says window error 126 .every thing else works on my computer just not itunes,i am using windows 7 version 6.1
