Can't Delete Mail Backup on iCloud

Hi,

I'm trying to delete my mail backup on icloud but could not manage to do it so far.

I followed below steps;

On iPhone

- Settings / iCloud = Turned off Mail

- Settings / Mail, Contacts, Calendars - Turned off iCloud Mail

- Turned off iCloud completely and then re-signed

On Mac

- System Preferences / iCloud = Turned off Mail

On iCloud.com

- Delete all e-mails (also from trash, archives etc.)

But on my iCloud storage page, it still says about 1,7 gb of mail used. Can't delete it through "manage storage" settings on iPhone.

How can turn off mail completely and gain the space mail has been using?

Also anyhow is there any chance iphone is forwarding my pop3 account automatically to my icloud account? Sometimes I am being notified that when people try to send me an e-mail to my pop3 account they receives failure message from my @me.com account (storage is full).

Waiting for your comments

Thanks

Cem
