How to activate iphone without apple ID

I bought a refurbished iphone from Dubai but it needs apple ID activation and i don't know it and now i am in another country and can't get even refund. So how to deal with that ugently?

You won't be able to activate the phone without that original ID password. Get a refund or use it as a paperweight.

You can't no matter how urgent it is.

You need the original Apple ID & password, without that you have a brick and cannot be bypass.
