APN help.

Hi,

I have an iphone 4s which is locked to AT&T. i am using a r sim 7 air sim card and unlocked it to O2 in UK. i cannot change APN settings as network tab isnt there, and cannot use the phone outside of WIFI.

can anyone help please? is it worth jailbreaking to help with this?
