Q: im apparently missing file:MSVCR80.dll to be able to connect with itunes?!

Why do suddenly im missing file MSVCR80.dll, to access itunes???

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
