Q: i accidentally tapped the rmove this account button on my find my ipad app when i tried to disable the sound alarm and lock mode.Hnow i only get No device registered when i use find my ipad.what do i do to get it back on?

I accidentally tapped Remove This Account upon disabling the Sound alarm and Lock mode in Find my Ipad app.now all I get is NO DEVICE REGISTERED TO THIS ACCOUNT when I try to log into Find My ipad.How do iget it back?

iPad, iOS 7.0.4
