Why can't Logic Pro X complete installing? It says it can't be complete because of my internet connection.

I'm trying to install Logic Pro X 10.0.6 but every time it gets done downloading, it says it can't be complete because my internet connect but I've tried wifi and ethernet chord. I've called Apple Support but they're saying I have to pay 20 dollars so they can troubleshoot my Mac but I believe that's just obsurd to pay for help even though I've purchased the program.

Logic Pro X, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

I had the same problem,and, assuming your internet connection is okay and not cutting off,try using Disk utility,and click Verify Permissions,it takes a little while, then Verify Disk,a litlle while longer.Then do the download again.

It worked for me.
