Settings on sounds
Can someone help me. I have my settings for sounds On vibrate ring and vibrate on silent . Why am I not hearing the phone when a text comes in or a relay from a previous text message?

Thank you for the question. It sounds like there is no sound or vibration with an incoming phone call or text. Have you checked to see if Do Not Disturb was accidentally enabled? You will see a "moon" icon in the status bar if it is enabled.
You can disable Do Not Disturb in Settings > Do Not Disturb or in the Control Center as described in the following articles:
