Disk utility problem.

Hey, I'm trying to use Boot camp beta to partition a Windows drive, and at first it said to erase all the free memory, so I left it on overnight and I think it worked. Now when I run it I got an error where the disk needs to be repaired, so I go into the disk utility and the "Repair Disk" button is faded out and cannot be clicked. So then I just ran the other 3 checks, "Verify Disk Permissions", "Repair Disk Permissions" and "Verify Disk". The first 2 checks come back clean, however when I goto Verify disk it says "Volume Bit Map needs minor repair", "Invalid volume free block count", "The volume needs to be repaired", "Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit" and then concludes "Volume needs repair". But still, the Repair Disk button is faded and I cannot repair it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
