Outlook 2013 contacts issues after syncing with iCloud Control Panel 3.1. When I open an email to draft in Outlook 2013 (Windows 8.1), I cannot auto populate using the contacts I've synced using iCloud Control Panel 3.1.

New Dell Inspiron 15 7537, running Windows 8.1. I am using iCloud for both calendar and contacts. This works great to sync to ipad/iphones. It also shows well in Outlook 2013. However, when I go to draft an email and then try and type in a contact, Outlook will not find the contact. It doesn't show that I have any contacts when I click on the "to:" button in the draft email. It is nice to see the contacts in Outlook 2013 but if it will not auto-populate, it does me no good. Is there any way to get it to auto-populate in Outlook? Thanks.

Windows 8
