How do I open...

How do I open the interface builder app for Xcode? I know there is a seperate app, I just can't find it!

Also, I am new to developing and I hope to get into it and I was wondering if there were any developer tools anyone could recommend?

Interface Builder is included in Xcode in the latest version, so it is no longer a standalone app. Read > https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/ToolsLanguages/Conceptual/ Xcode_Overview/Edit_User_Interfaces/edit_user_interface.html
